"I bought this ILIFE robot thinking it..."
I bought this ILIFE robot thinking it would be perfect for my small flat, but the battery has been disappointing. It runs for a little while, then heads back to charge before it even finishes the job. After a few weeks, it felt like it got “even worse.” Not really what I expected, and I kind of regret buying it.

"I paid way too much for this..."
I paid way too much for this, for what it actually does. Spots it misses all the time, and stuck it gets often too. I tried reaching out to support, but they weren’t much help. For the price, I really was expecting a lot better.

"Decent maps, but could use clearer guidance"
The maps are okay overall, but they’re not always accurate. I was expecting clearer instructions along the way, especially when the route got a little confusing. It works fine for the basics, but it could definitely be more helpful.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I wanted to like the app, but it kept freezing on me. I don’t remember every little issue I ran into, just that I kept having to close it and start over, which got old really fast.

"I made up my mind pretty..."
I made up my mind fast on this one. It keeps running straight into chair legs and manages to get itself stuck almost every time it runs. Not exactly impressive.

"Setup was such a pain"
I tried getting my ILIFE robot set up and it was way more annoying than I expected. The app kept dropping the connection, the WiFi part failed a few times for some reason, and the instructions didn’t really clear things up. I messed with it for close to an hour and it still wasn’t working quite right. Maybe I missed something, but for something that should be simple, it was just frustrating.

"Decent, but I got tired of babysitting it"
It was fine at first and I thought it was going to make things easier, but it’s been hit or miss. Some days it cleans okay, and other days it gets stuck or decides it needs a reset for no obvious reason. I don’t have a lot of patience for stuff I have to keep checking on, so that got annoying fast. Not the worst thing I’ve bought, but definitely not great either

"Gets lost way too often"
I really wanted to like this, but it keeps bumping into things and never seems to map my rooms correctly. I’ve checked the setup emails and even kept my receipt in case I need to return it, because at this point it’s been more frustrating than helpful.

"Barely cleaned and messed up my plans"
I was really hoping this would save me time before having people over, but it didn’t clean much at all. It kept missing crumbs and hair, and half the time it just pushed dust around the room instead of picking it up. I ended up having to clean everything myself anyway, which completely threw off my plans.

I had to wait longer then I expected for help. They did get back to me eventually, but yeah support was kinda slow.
